Buhoma Community Rest Camp Travel guidelines

In order to secure your reservation , 50% is required to be paid at Buhoma community Rest Camp (BCRC). Buhoma Mukono Community Development Association ( BMCDA) will retain the following percentages upon cancellation:
Firstly, our rates include government taxes, but please note that they exclude park entry fees. Additionally, if you’re planning to track the mountain Gorillas, it’s essential to secure your Gorilla Permits in advance, before arrival.
Next, we welcome children of all ages! Children under 5 years old can stay free with their parents and even join them on a community village walk or Batwa tradition, if they wish. Moreover, children aged 15 and older can participate in Gorilla tracking, provided they have the necessary permits.
To confirm your booking, you must pay a 30% deposit, which is non-refundable. You must fully pay for all bookings 14 days before your arrival at the lodge. If you fail to pay within this period, we will automatically cancel your booking.
Full Board Arrangements
Our full board arrangements include:
– Breakfast
– Lunch
– Dinner
– Complimentary water in your room
Note that these arrangements do not include:
– Soft drinks
– Alcohol
– Any items not on the day’s menu
Pricing
Our prices include 18% VAT but exclude:
– Gorilla permit fees
– Any other additional fees
